Lee Ann began her real estate career as a Property Administrator with Cushman & Wakefield and later served as an Assistant Property Manager. During her 8 years in the industry, she has accumulated multiple awards for her properties and teams to include Energy Star Certifications, Midlands Green Business Awards, Green Small Business of the Year (2019), and Cushman & Wakefield’s “Highest Overall Tenant Satisfaction in the Carolinas” (2017).
