Mr. Thompson is the Director of Accounting and Systems. He is responsible for oversight of financial aspects of the Hamilton EQ properties as well as managing property accounting functions and reporting. He develops and maintains programs, policies, and procedures for Hamilton EQ Management to ensure compliance, improve efficiencies, and maximize profitability of the company.
Chad has over 25 years of Real Estate Management from managing real estate assets in Southeast CBDs as well as accounting, operations, and administrative management within various Real Estate organizations such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Grubb & Ellis, and CBRE; but also has experience working with private organizations. He holds degrees in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting from the University of South Carolina and is a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Ms. Murray is the Property Manager for Capitol Center, a 460,000 SF Class A Office Building in the CBD of downtown Columbia. Capitol Center is also known as South Carolina’s tallest building. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of the building, financial management and reporting, project management, contract negotiations, vendor management, as well as tenant relations and retention.
Prior to joining Hamilton in 2022, Lee Ann spent 4 years managing an 8-building, multi-market office portfolio consisting of 550,000 SF with approximately 70 tenants. Lee Ann began her real estate career as a Property Administrator with Cushman & Wakefield and later served as an Assistant Property Manager. During her 8 years in the industry, she has accumulated multiple awards for her properties and teams to include Energy Star Certifications, Midlands Green Business Awards, Green Small Business of the Year (2019), and Cushman & Wakefield’s “Highest Overall Tenant Satisfaction in the Carolinas” (2017). Lee Ann holds her South Carolina Real Estate License and is a CPM Candidate with the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
Ms. Curry is the Assistant Property Manager for Capitol Center, a 460,000 SF Class A Office Building in Columbia, SC. In this role, she is responsible for assisting with and maintaining financial and operational record keeping and processing all AP for Hamilton’s Southern Region Portfolio.
Prior to joining Hamilton in 2022, Rebekah spent approximately 4 years as the Property Administrator of a large commercial office portfolio. She honed her customer service and management skills while learning commercial real estate working directly for an Owner/Operator/Developer. Rebekah is currently a student at Darla Moore School of Business studying Accounting.
