Deborah Mills has been managing Hamilton EQ’s upstate New York portfolio since she joined the team in 2016. With a focus on tenant retention through improved services, her responsibilities as Property Manager include supervising all property personnel, security, and maintenance. In addition, Deborah assists in contract negotiations, vendor management, technical and preventive building management, and construction oversight.
Deborah currently manages over 520,000 square feet of Class A office space, consisting of central business district and suburban office locations.
Taylor Cole holds a dual role as both Accounting Manager and Property Manager for the Hamilton EQ Management team. As Property Manager, Taylor is responsible for Yorkmont Plaza portfolio located in Charlotte, N.C., and as Accounting Manager, she is responsible for the financial management of Hamilton’s Southern Region based out of Charlotte.
Taylor has over five years of commercial real estate accounting experience with Cushman & Wakefield, managing over 1.6M sf in assets for high-profile clients. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Taylor worked in the private accounting sector for three years.
Taylor holds her BA in Business Administration from the University of Missouri.
As Senior Director of Property Management, Rick Tait is responsible for Hamilton EQ’s Upstate NY office portfolio, including tenant relations, construction, maintenance, environmental systems and security, as well as supervision of the Upstate NY management team. Rick also plays an integral role by working closely with the leasing team with prospective tenants.
Rick has over thirty years’ experience in CRE Property Management, including twenty years with the Pioneer Companies as Vice President of Property Management. He has an extensive background in building operations, maintenance, disaster response and preparedness as well as experience in construction management and engineering.
Rick holds degrees from Onondaga Community College and Syracuse University.
